Packaging Valley presents Fachpack appearance

FACHPACK, one of the most important trade fairs in the packaging industry, offers a platform for technological trends and networking. Packaging Valley Germany e.V. brings together 27 top companies on around 1,400 square metres to present their innovative technologies and pioneering solutions.

Diversity of packaging technologies

FACHPACK is all about packaging trends and developments in terms of sustainability, technology and processes. Visitors can look forward to a wide range of exhibits and make direct contact with experts. ‘FACHPACK is one of the most important trade fairs for our members in the field of packaging technology. The joint stand covers a wide range of the products and services represented in our network and is worth a visit for this reason alone,’ emphasises Martin Buchwitz, Managing Director of Packaging Valley Germany e.V.

APS Tech Group GmbH from Ellwangen will be presenting the new P series of Doosan robots for intelligent palletising. These robots are characterised by their long reach and stable performance and are capable of handling a wide range of samples weighing up to 30 kg.

Innovations and solutions

Bucher Automation will be showcasing solutions from the field of motion control, including a delta robot that demonstrates the realisation of complex kinematics. ECOSPHERE GmbH + Co KG will present the digital integration platform and the world's smallest cartoner. Eisele GmbH presents multiple and multi-media couplings from the Multiline series, which are suitable for the packaging industry.

EUCHNER GmbH + Co KG ensures protection along the packaging process with safety solutions such as the EKS2 electronic key system. Harro Höfliger Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH will be showcasing customised process solutions and production machines for pharmaceutical and medical applications.

Digitalisation and automation

Industrial excellence and digital transformation are the focus of HEITEC AG. The company presents solutions for automation and plant engineering. HERMA GmbH shows robotics-supported labelling cells and labelling machines that work with UV lasers.

HPF Hans P. Friedrich Elektronik GmbH offers control systems that ensure the quality of products and packaging materials. Ingenieurbüro Lawrenov OHG presents the Smartjet Flex 324 packaging printer, which was developed for direct printing on packaging.

Efficiency and quality

Ishida GmbH presents systems for fully automatic packaging and quality control. These include the CCW-AS multihead weigher and the QX-500 tray sealer, while Lenord+Bauer will be showing digital position indicators and actuators that simplify manual adjustment processes.

Lenze Vertrieb GmbH offers automation solutions that make production processes more efficient and sustainable. Leuze electronic GmbH + Co KG presents sensors in stainless steel housings for packaging processes.

Sustainability and flexibility

Murrplastik Systemtechnik GmbH presents laser systems for industrial applications that do not require expensive consumables. OCTUM GmbH compares rule-based image processing and artificial intelligence in the inspection of injection vials.

OMRON shows solutions for pallet labelling and lid inspection that increase efficiency and safety in production. Optima packaging group GmbH demonstrates flexibility and sustainability with the Optima Moduline Smart and fibre-based solutions.

Safety and automation

Pilz GmbH + Co KG presents safety solutions such as the safety gate locking devices PSENmlock mini and PSENslock 2. Rockwell Automation GmbH supports packaging machine manufacturers in the digital transformation and offers holistic solutions.

Schreyer Sondermaschinen GmbH presents horizontal flow-wrapping machines and digital twins of packaging machines. SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co. KG presents automation packages and solutions for CO2 reduction.

Variety of exhibits

SMC Deutschland GmbH presents electric drives and modular multiple connection plates for valves and sensors. STAKO GmbH Maschinenbau presents the LB-2-200 labeller, which is designed for labelling bottles and special labels.

SVZ Maschinenbau GmbH presents the KA40 erecting and gluing machine as well as robot cells for various handling tasks. WIPOTEC-OCS GmbH presents weighing and inspection solutions, including the Track & Trace system and the SC-S 5020 Big Berta X-ray machine.

ZEBRA Engineering GmbH will be presenting customised automation solutions and products for assembly, inspection and packaging systems.
