Lecta announces the spin-off of its self-adhesive business

The new entity, Lecta Self-Adhesives España, S.L.U., will be responsible for all the group's self-adhesive activities, contracts and commercial relationships as of 1 January 2025.

Lecta has announced the spin-off of its self-adhesives business unit from Torraspapel. This spin-off will be effective as of 1 January 2025. It entails the creation of the new company Lecta Self-Adhesives España, S.L.U which will take over all activities, agreements and commercial relationships relating to the Lecta's self-adhesives business, including all its self-adhesive products.

This strategic decision reflects Lecta's transformation and specialisation that has taken place in recent years. With this new structure, Lecta seeks to optimise the management and profitability of the business through specialisation, higher production efficiency and better adaptability to market opportunities of each business unit.

Lecta Self-Adhesives España S.L.U. will maintain its headquarters at Llull Street 331, 08019 Barcelona, Spain.
